Edit file with machine settings

How to edit the file with machine settings
G Save the file as text.
G Open the file with one of the commands shown below.
(e.g. #EKC_TAB)
G
One line must be no more than 300 bytes.
G The file size must be no more than 100,000 bytes.
G The line that starts with "#" is a comment.
Example for a file with machine settings for E.K.C. data
