If the System Still Operates Partially
If the PM call message and a malfunction code are displayed, the system
can still function partially. Limited system function is still available.
In any case, call your technical representative and report the malfunction.

Make a note of the malfunction
message.
Example:
Paper tray 1 is no longer available for
continuing operation of the system.

Press the [Panel Reset] key on the
control panel.

Make a note of the message shown
in the message line.

Switch off the system with the
power switch and then on again.
5
Call your technical representative
and report the malfunction
message.
