(15) Call Remote Center
By activating the remote diagnostics function, you can have your system
monitored automatically by a service technician. If an error occurs, simply
select the remote center option. A service technician will then contact you
to discuss further steps for resolving the problem.

Call up key operator mode.
The key operator mode menu is displayed.

Press the down arrow key on the lower edge of the touch screen.
The second page of the key operator mode menu is displayed.

In the key operator mode menu press the [15]

A submenu appears.

From the submenu, select the message that you want to send to the
service center.
The screen for sending the message is displayed.
