• The thermal head is faulty.
• The system control board is faulty.
• The power supply is faulty.
##051 [ TX/RX ] The stepping motor fails to rotate normally
Cause
• The stepping motor is faulty.
• The gear unit is faulty.
• The recording paper cutter is faulty.
• The system control board is faulty.

Remedy
• Replace the thermal head.
• Correct it by referring to the Service
Manual of the model in question.
• Replace the power supply unit.
