##1028 [ TX/RX ] Invalid number format (Address incomplete)
Cause
• Cause number #28 (Invalid number format
(Address incomplete)) arrived from the
network.
##1029 [ TX/RX ] Facility rejected
Cause
• Cause number #29 (Facility rejected) ar-
rived from the network.
Remedy
• Check the telephone number of the other
party once again, and start a communica-
tion once again.
• Print out a communications analysis list,
and analyze it.
• Contact the telephone company or the ex-
change manufacturer to find out the nature
of cause number #28.
Remedy
• Check the terms of the contract for the
specified service.
• Print out the communications analysis list,
and analyze it.
• Contact the telephone company or the ex-
change manufacturer to find out the nature
of cause number #29.
