Cause
• Cause number #114 (End-to-end informa-
tion transfer impossible) arrived from the
network.
Remedy
• Start a communication once again.
• Print out a communications analysis list,
and analyze it.
• Contact the telephone company or the ex-
change manufacturer to find out the nature
of cause number #113.
