#042 [ RX ] Cutter operation is faulty
Cause
• The cutter used to cut thermal recording
paper is faulty.
#043 [ RX ] Toner cartridge is missing
Cause
• The toner cartridge is not set correctly.
• The toner cartridge has run out of toner.
• The sensor malfunctioned.
Remedy
• Correct it by referring to the Service
Manual of the model in question.
Remedy
• See the User's Manual of the model in ques-
tion to set the toner cartridge correctly.
• Replace the toner cartridge.
• Correct it by referring to the Service
Manual of the model in question.
