Perform a print test on paper from
a fresh package, and then check
the result.
Are there print quality defects on
the test page?
Step 2
Identify, and then resolve the print
quality defects. See Fixing print
quality issues.
If a supply was replaced, then
make sure that the maintenance
kit counter is reset.

Step 3
Perform a feed test to check if the
printer has paper feed problems.
Does the printer have a problem
feeding paper during the test?

Resolve the feed problem.
If a transfer roller was replaced,
then make sure that the
maintenance kit counter is reset.
