Read-write Alarm notifies operations personnel if
the case temperature of the
ONS 15216 EDFA2 is at a level that
may impact proper operation of the
optical network. Set the maximum
case temperature at a value that is
appropriate for intended application
and within product specifications.
Consult with the Cisco TAC to
determine the correct value for your
application. As a guideline, Cisco
recommends that maximum case
temperature value be set at 50
