5-31-3. Hard Disk Drive Replacement
Removal
1. Remove the Hard Disk Drive Unit
Refer to steps 1 and 2 in Section 5-31-2.
2. Remove the Hard Disk Cover
Remove the seven screws and the hard disk
cover.
3. Remove the Hard Disk Drives
(1) Turn the hard disk drive unit upside down on
the HDD cushion.
(2) Insert a screwdriver to the eight holes shown
in the figure and remove the screws.
(3) Take off the HDD retainer assembly. Then
the two hard disk drives are placed on the
HDD cushion.
