6. Attach the Pinch Solenoid
(1) Set a new solenoid to the pinch base in the
direction shown in the figure.
(2) Bend the spring in the direction indicated by
the arrow and bring it into contact with
surface A of the solenoid shown in the figure.
(3) Put the pinch limiter into the notch of the
solenoid's iron core and pass the pinch joint
shaft through the hole of the iron core in the
direction shown in the figure.
(4) Put the two washers and tighten the two
screws.
Tightening torque: 98 x 10
{10.0 kgf . cm}
(5) Confirm that the other end of the spring is put
on the notch of the pinch press lever.
