Precautions for Safe Use
• The Reader/Writer weighs approx. 3 kg. It may be damaged if it falls. Use slip-resistant
gloves when you install the Reader/Writer and hold the Reader/Writer securely at the depres-
sions with both hands.
• Use slip-resistant gloves when you install the Reader/Writer. The Reader/Writer may be
destroyed if it falls.

 Mounting Ferrite Cores

Wind the power cable and the Ethernet cable once to the ferrite core individually.
Attach the ferrite core to the cable at the Reader/Writer side.
