Setting ranges (word address specifications)
0000 to 07FF hex: Reserved area
1000 to 17FF hex: UII (EPC) area
2000 to 27FF hex: TID area
3000 to 3FFF hex: User area
Specify in 4-digit hexadecimal the number of words of data to read.
Setting range: 0001 to 0078 hex (1 to 120)
