value is valid as long as no other value is entered from the SPL via the system variable
$A_FRDP_ERR_REAC.
Meaning of values:
- - 0 = Alarm 27350 + Stop D/E
- - 1 = Alarm 27350
- - 2 = Alarm 27351 (display only, self clearing)
- - 3 = No system response
