6.5.1
Signal "Enable"
The signal "ENABLE" corresponds with the two process channel signals BOUT "Ready" and BOUT
"Function fault" according to the following Boolean logic.

If the signal BOUT "Ready" is reset, then a fault has occurred, which requires a user intervention at
the control unit. Possible causes: memory faults, missing or too low voltages.
6.5.2
Signal "Warning"
The "Warning" signal is an additional output signal with fixed evaluation thresholds.
The signal becomes activated if the measurement result is below 80% or above 120% of the preset
nominal value.
Application: If the warning signal is activated though a sheet is between the sensors, measuring

Sensor distance changed
Sheet too close to the transmitter / receiver
Wrong type of sheet
Sensor coverage not sufficient (3 × sensor diameter)
If these requirements are met, but a warning signal is issued, then the

Teach-In must be repeated. The requirements from section "4.3 Sensor
mounting" should be observed.
The signal will also be activated if measurements without a sheet
Note
(measurement value below 80%) are performed.
