Program index
Program index enables the access to one of the 255 programs. The access to the systems
parameters is made via the program index 255.

The checksum of bytes 1 - 6 is calculated and the least significant byte of the result is inserted into
byte 7. The least significant byte of the result is registered as a checksum in byte 7.
