Viewing a List of VRRP Trackers

To view a list of VRRP trackers, type:
show running-config services vrrp trackers
If trackers have been configured, a table or list similar to the following example appears:
ruggedcom# show running-config services vrrp trackers
services
vrrp
trackers tracker tracker1
network
10.0.0.0/8
interface dummy0
interval
1

If no VRRP trackers have been configured, add trackers as needed. For more information, refer to
Section 5.27.4.2, "Adding a VRRP

Adding a VRRP Tracker

To add a VRRP tracker, do the following:
1.
Make sure the CLI is in Configuration mode.
2.
Add the tracker by typing:
services vrrp trackers name
Where:
• name is the name of the VRRP tracker

Configure the following parameter(s) as required:

Description
Synopsis: { route }
Default: route
The type of condition for the tracker to check.
Synopsis: A string 9 to 18 characters long
The network to track. The tracker checks for a route to this
network in the routing table.
The interface to the tracked network. The tracker rises only when
the route to the monitored network is through this interface.
Synopsis: An integer between 1 and 120
The number of seconds between tracker queries.
