16-bit Reload Register (TMRLR:TMRLR2 to TMRLR0)

The 16-bit reload register (TMRLR:TMRLR2 to TMRLR0) holds the initial value of a
counter. The initial value is undefined.
Be sure to read this register using a 16-bit data transfer instruction.
