Receiving to Memory

Memory Reception Mode (MEM) When set to MEM, the machine will automati-
cally receive messages into memory and store them there even when there is paper
loaded for printing. Data stored in memory can be printed out using the Print from
Memory function.
To Print from Memory
1 Press Menu/Exit to enter Menu.
2 Press
3 Press
4 If a password is not required, data in memory will be printed out. If a pass-
word is required, enter 4-digit password*, press Enter.
5 Data in memory will be printed out.
* Password is only required when previously programmed and machine answering mode is set to MEM
(see Memory Password).
No Paper Reception
If the machine runs out of paper when receiving a fax, the message "No paper, check
paper supply" will be displayed and the data not yet printed will be stored in memory
automatically for printing out later. (The machine will print the data stored in memory
automatically after paper is added to the paper tray.)
