Main keys used for programming machine settings

LCD Panel
Shows status of machine and
operation in progress.
Document Stacker
Holds original documents
after being faxed or copied.
Power
Switch
Press I to turn
on and O to
turn off.
Release Button
Two buttons, one on
each side, must be
pressed to gain entry to
toner/image drum area.
Copy Output Lever
In the up position, copies will exit
the machine facedown; in the down
position, copies will exit face up.
However, use in the "face up" po-
sition is only possible when copy-
ing or when using Network Print or
PC Print.
One-Touch Keypad
Use for one-touch dialing of
preprogrammed telephone num-
bers, as well as inputting alpha-
betic, numeric and special char-
acters, etc. for programming and
ID entries.
Paper Tray
Holds 250 sheets of pa-
per (universal type: le-
gal, letter, A4).
Paper Indicator
Show level of paper remaining
in paper tray.
Numeric Keypad
Use to enter telephone num-
bers, program information,
manual dialing, etc.
Document Guides
Adjust guides to the width of
documents to be faxed/copied.
Document Tray
Holds documents to be
faxed/copied (above
copy stacker tray).
Document Tray
Extension
Pullout extension for
supporting long docu-
ments.
Copy Stacker Extension
Pullout extension for support-
ing long documents.
Copy Stacker
Holds document copies after
copying process.
Front Panel
Fold out for access to manual pa-
per feeder (bypass paper tray)
when needing to feed different
types of paper directly into the
machine.
