42. NOTE: Record the location of the long bolts and the short bolts.
Remove and discard the LH cylinder head bolts.
43. Remove the LH cylinder head and gasket. Discard the gasket.
44. Remove the RH rocker arms.
1. Remove the bolts.
2. Remove the rocker arms.
