IN-VEHICLE REPAIR
Camshaft
Removal and Installation
1. Remove the timing chains. For additional information, refer to
section.
2. Remove the roller followers. For additional information, refer to
section.
3. Remove the bolts and camshaft bearing caps.
4. Remove the camshaft.
5. NOTE: Tighten the camshaft bearing cap bolts in the sequence shown.
To install, reverse the removal procedure.
