Reassembling the timing pulleys

For the reassembling operation, fit pulley (23) on hub (24), making the pulley reference point (A) coincide
with the hub reference mark (B).
Fit washer (22) fully home on the pulley, aligning the reference notch (C) with pulley reference point (A)
and hub reference mark (B).
Tighten screws (21) in the hub threaded holes.
