Using the Numeric Keys

Load the document, and press <Fax>.
For details on loading documents, refer to Chapter 1, "Loading Documents" in the User's
Guide.

Press <Basic/Advanced View>.
If the Basic view is already displayed, this operation is not required.

Enter the fax number using the numeric keys.
• You can use the keys on the screen or the numeric keys.
• To specify multiple destinations, press [Enter] after entering a fax number, and repeat this
operation.
• Press [Clear] to delete one of the entered numbers or symbols.
• Press [All Clear] to delete all of the entered numbers and symbols.
• Press [Address Book] to switch to the address book selection screen.
• Up to 40 digits can be entered. Dialing symbols can be also entered in addition to numbers,
<*>, and <#>.
