Searching knowledge bases
If you encounter a problem, you want it resolved quickly. You can search the
available knowledge bases to determine whether the resolution to your problem
was already encountered and is already documented.

Getting a fix
A product fix might be available to resolve your problem. To determine what fixes
are available for your IBM product, check the product support site by performing
the following steps:
1. Go to the IBM Support site at the following Web address:

3. From the Category list, select WebSphere.
4. From the Sub-Category list, select WebSphere DataPower SOA Appliances.
