Pipe or Canister Muffler Installation
1. The 75cc YAK-54 can accept either a tuned pipe
or canister muffler installation. Gather the pipe
or canister muffler parts of your choice as shown
below. 1 header, 1 Teflon coupler, 2 steal
clamps, pipe or canister assembly, silicon tub-
ing, silicon rubber, nylon strap, and plywood
canister holding bracket with screws.
2. The canister muffler installation will be illus-
trated first. Canister muffler parts are shown
below.
Canister Tunnel Preparation
1. Iron the bottom covering to ensure it is tight
and well sealed to the wood.
2. Measure the length of the header and canister
from the center of the header mounting flange
to the rear of the canister and add 1 inch.
