6. Mark the position of the control horn mounting
holes.
Note: The control horn mounting holes may have
been factory drilled for you. If so, go to the
next step.
7. Use a 1/16" bit to drill the control horn mount-
ing holes.

8. Align the left and right sides of the control horns
to the mounting holes and mount using six wood
screws as shown.
Note: Use thin CA to lock screws in place

Repeat above steps for other servo control
linkage. Ensure both servos do not fight each
other at center or either end point at full de-
flection. A 1" servo arm is recommended for
best results. A 1 1/4" servo arm is required
for full deflection of the aileron 55º bevel.

Repeat all the above steps for the other wing.
