Use pliers to bend spring wire through the
tiller holes before applying tension to the
springs. Slightly stretch the springs and then
bend through the tail wheel tiller while holding
tail wheel straight.

Use pliers to twist spring ends closed around
the tillers after desired tension and direction
adjustments are complete.
9.
Tail wheel final assembly is complete.
