Install the inner wheel collar on the axle. Use
a drop of blue lock-tite on the wheel collar set
screw and tighten the wheel collar in place.
10.
Install the wheel and outer wheel collar. Use
blue lock-tite on the wheel collar set screw
before final tightening.
11.
Slide the lock washer then the flat washer on
the wheel pant mounting bolts. Use blue lock-
tite on the bolts before final tightening.
12.
Install wheel pants with two mounting bolts.
