Troubleshooting Method

When a problem occurs, go through the troubleshooting according to the following procedure.

they appear on the LCD display of the OL610e/PS. For the OL600e and OL610e, similar
messages appear in the Status Monitor window.

Recovery Method
• Check the paper in the
Multi-Purpose Feeder.
Carry out the recovery
printing by opening and
closing the cover, and
turn the error display off.
• When the problem occurs

Also check to see if there
was a feeding of multiple
sheets.
