• Does the JAM error occur when the power is turned on?

• Yes Remove the paper.

• No Replace the inlet sensor lever.

Troubleshooting
Is the paper at the inlet sensor?
Is the operation of the inlet sensor lever normal (moves freely when

Clean the inlet sensor on the power supply board, or replace the power
supply board.
