Lubrication

5.3.1

General Information

Lubricate once a year or as needed.
Use Lithium Grease.
Do not over-lubricate.
Do not allow lubricant to contact the surface of any rollers or paper guides.
Lubricate the items listed in the table below.

Gear on the shaft of the main pulse motor
Gear on the shaft of the registration motor
Teeth of the reduction gear
Inside of bearings, hopping roller assy.
Hopping roller shaft
Inside of the pivot points of the reset levers
Gear on the damper stacker arm
