1.ProceduretomakeabackupofAddressBook
1)AccesstheURLgivenbelow,andthenaccessRemoteUI.

IfthesystemadministratorIDandpasswordareset,adialogboxtoentertheusername
andpasswordappears.EnterthesystemadministratorIDinUserNameandthepassword
inPassword,andthenclick[AdministratorLogin].
2)Select[Settings/Registration]>[ManagementSettings]>[DataManagement]>[Import/
Export].
3)Click[AddressList].
4)Click[Export].
5)SelectthesaveformatforAddresslist,andclick[StartExport].
6)Following the instructions on the window, specify the location to save the file. Be sure to set
a distinctive name to an export file so that you can recognize it when importing it.
