5.PaperInformationExportProcedure
1)AccesstheURLgivenbelow,andthenaccessRemoteUI.

IfthesystemadministratorIDandpasswordareset,adialogboxtoentertheusername
andpasswordappears.EnterthesystemadministratorIDinUserNameandthepassword
inPassword,andthenclick[AdministratorLogin].
2)Select[Settings/Registration]>[ManagementSettings]>[DataManagement]>[Import/
Export].
3)Click[PaperInformation].
4)Click[Export],andclick[StartExport].
5)Following the instructions on the window, specify the location to save the file.
6.BackupofMEAPApplication
WhenaMEAPapplicationhasbeeninstalled,thedataandlicensethattheMEAPapplication
retainswillbedeleted.IfnoMEAPapplicationisinstalled,thereisnoneedtomakeabackup.
IfaMEAPapplicationhasabackupfunction,makeabackupofthedatapeculiartothe
MEAPapplicationusingthisfunction.Withregardtothelicense,thereisaneedtostopall
applicationsfromSMS(ServiceManagementService),invalidatethelicense,anddownload
the invalid license file.
Caution:MEAPBackupFunctionUsingtheSST
DatathathasbeenbackedupusingMEAPbackoftheSSTbeforetheuseoftheHigh
CapacityHDDisstartedmustnotbewrittenbacktothehostmachineaftertheuseof
theHighCapacityHDDisstarted.Similarly,evenifthedatathathasbeenbackedup
aftertheuseoftheHighCapacityHDDisstartediswrittenbacktothehostmachine
beforetheuseoftheHighCapacityHDDisstarted,themachinedoesnotoperate.It
isnecessarytomakesurethattheimplementationconditionsfortheHighCapacity
HDDarecompatiblebeforeandaftermakingabackupofdata,andtheMEAPbackup
functiondoesnotpermitmakingabackupofdatainthecourseofinstallingthekit.

Uninstallation
1)SelecttheURLgivenbelowandaccessSMS.

ThedefaultpasswordisMeapSmsLogin.Iftheuserhaschangedthepassword,askhim/
hertochangethepasswordagainaftertheuseoftheHighCapacityHDDisstarted.
Caution:
ThedefaultpasswordisMeapSmsLogin.Iftheuserhaschangedthepassword,ask
him/hertochangethepasswordagainaftertheuseoftheHighCapacityHDDis
started.
2)Click[MEAPApplicationManagement].
3)Click[Stop]buttonoftheapplicationyouwanttostopontheMEAPApplication
Managementpage.
4)Clicktheapplicationofwhichlicensehasbeeninstalled.
5) Click [License Control], and then click [Disable]. Click [Yes] in a confirmation window for
disablingthelicense.
6)Click[Download]under"Download/deleteDisabledLicenseFile"item.Followingthe
instructions on the window, specify the location to save the file. Set a distinctive name
for the disabled license file so that you can recognize it for which application. After you
download the disabled license file to your PC, click [Delete]. Click [Yes] in a confirmation
windowforlicensedeletion.
7)ReturntotheMEAPApplicationManagementpage,click[Uninstall]buttonofthe
application you want to uninstall. Click [Yes] in a confirmation window for uninstallation. If
thereareseveralapplications,repeattheprocedures1)to7).
8)AftertheuseoftheHighCapacityHDDisstarted,re-installtheapplicationusingan
application file (jar file) of each application from SMS and the disabled license file (lic file).
