1)Select[Settings/Registration]>[ManagementSettings]>[DataManagement]>[Backup].
2)Select'All'or'Changes'forthebackupmethod.
3)Click[Execute].
Caution:

IfanyofthehostIPaddress,username,password,orpathtothefolderisnot
correctlyentered,abackupcannotbemade.
•
Setthenumberofusersaccessibletothefolderto'2'orhigher,or'norestriction'.If
themaximumnumberofusersissetto[1],restorationcannotbedoneproperly.

Ifyouselecttoencryptthebackupdata,thebackupprocessmaytakelonger.

1)Select[Settings/Registration]>[ManagementSettings]>[DataManagement]>[Restore].
2)Click[DisplayBackupData].
3)Selectthebackupdatatorestorefromthelistandthenclick[Execute].
Caution:
•
Ifyouwanttorestoreencryptedbackupdata,enterthesamepasswordusedwhen
backingupthedata.
•
Dependingonthesettingsofthemachine,thebackupdatamaynotbecompletely
restored,orsomedocumentsmaybeautomaticallyprinted.
•
Restorationisperformedafteralloftheboxdatastoredinthemachine,ordocuments
thatarebeingsent,received,orstored,areerased.

1)AccesstheURLgivenbelow,andthenaccessRemoteUI.

IfthesystemadministratorIDandpasswordareset,adialogboxtoentertheusername
andpasswordappears.EnterthesystemadministratorIDinUserNameandthepassword
inPassword,andthenclick[AdministratorLogin].
2)SelectBasicTools>[QuickMenu]>[Export].
3) If the file needs to be encrypted, enter the password after check [Encrypt file]. (The
numberofcharactersforthepasswordmustbemorethan4butlessthan16.)
4)Click[Export].
5) Following the instructions on the window, specify the location to save the file.

3)Click[Export],andclick[StartExport].
