Problem Description
If a job submitted to the controller does not appear in the current jobs
queue, visible from Printer Utility, ipc1 Document Monitor, or the copier
control panel the most likely causes are a network issue or a client
software installation and configuration error.
The following checklist helps you identify the source of the error and
directs you to where you can find more information about resolving it. If
the problem persists after you have followed all of the steps, contact your
Imagistics authorized dealer for further assistance.
