8.2 Simple weighing
Place goods to be weighed on balance.
Wait until the stability display appears [ ].
Read weighing result.
If the display shows the stability display [ ] the bal-
ance is in a stable status. If the status is instable the
[ ] display disappears.
Observe stable environmental conditions.
Bar graph display
The bar graph display moves from the left to the right
and proceeds equally to the weight loaded onto the
weighing balance. Its full width is reached at maxi-
mum load.
This is an analogue display of the current allocation
of the weighing area.
Balance zero display
If the weighing balance does not definitely show
zero, wait for the stability display [ ] and then press
the TARE-key. The balance starts with resetting to
zero. Symbol [ a ] appears.
8.3 Taring
Place the weighing box and press the TARE-key.
After successful control of the rest position you
will see displayed zero and the Net symbol. The
weight of the container is now internally saved.
Weigh the material, the net weight will be indi-
cated.
The weight of the weighing container will be displayed as a minus number after
removing the weighing container.
To delete the tare value, remove load from weighing pan and press the TARE-
key.
The tare procedure can be repeated as many times as necessary, for example
with initial weighing of several components for a mix (add-on weighing). The limit
is reached when the total weighing range capacity is full.
