The transmitter ID is a unique code with 5 numbers and/or letters found
in the following locations:
• On the transmitter box label
• On the bottom of the transmitter
c. Set the low and high glucose alert values appropriate for each
individual patient. The low and high glucose alerts are pre-set to 80
mg/dL and 200 mg/dL but can be changed.

NOTE: Even though alerts and alarm for low or high glucose levels
are inactive in blinded mode, you must set the low and high alert
levels as part of the Setup Wizard process in order to proceed.
