CHAPTER 10: EVENTS, DEXCOM STUDIO
SOFTWARE AND BLINDED MODE
The Events feature lets you record information that may help users
and healthcare professionals better understand glucose patterns and
trends. Event markers can be used in both real-time and blinded mode.
You can enter details about carbohydrates, insulin, exercise, and health
issues. You can view these events with the trends and patterns later with
a healthcare professional when the receiver is downloaded using the
Dexcom STUDIO software.

10.1 EVENTS

Event markers can be downloaded and viewed in the Dexcom STUDIO
software but cannot be viewed on the receiver.

10.1.1 SELECTING AN EVENT

1. Press the SELECT button to turn on the receiver. The 3-hour trend
graph will show.
