POWERTRAIN CONTROL MODULE (Continued)
(3) Unlock the PCM connector by pulling on the
tab on the end of the PCM connector (Fig. 12).

(4) Remove electrical connector from the PCM
(Fig. 13).

(5) Remove attaching nuts for PCM to bracket
(Fig. 14).
(6) Lift PCM up to remove it from vehicle.

REMOVAL - 2.0, 2.4, and 2.4L Turbo

(1) Disconnect the negative battery cable.
(2) Lift vacuum line out from behind the upper
support bracket (Fig. 15) and (Fig. 16).
