Inspect the EVAP hose for
bending.
Is there any malfunction?
INSPECT AIR FILTER FOR CLOGGING

Inspect the air filter for clogging.

Is there any malfunction?
VERIFY TROUBLESHOOTING OF DTC P2404

COMPLETED
Make sure to reconnect all
disconnected connectors.
Clear the DTC from the PCM
memory using the M-MDS.

Perform the evaporative system
test using the M-MDS.

Is the same DTC present?

RESULTS on the repair order, then go to the

If the vehicle is not repaired,
