where <ISO 639> is the language code specified in Standard ISO 639
(see Appendix A, the section,
<ISO 3166> is the country code specified in Standard ISO 3166 (see
Standard ISO 3166)
The <ISO 3166> attribute is optional.
Example
The following is an example of the parameters you would enter in the <MAC>.cfg file to load a
French, Italian, German, and Spanish language pack to the IP phone.
language 1: lang_fr_ca.txt
language 2: lang_it.txt
language 3: lang_de.txt
language 4: lang_es_mx.txt
The above entries in the <MAC>.cfg file tells the phone which language packs to load. When the
language pack(s) have loaded, you must then use the configuration files IP Phone UI to specify
which language to display on the IP phone. You must use the Aastra Web UI to specify the
language to use in the Web UI.

Loading Language Packs via the Aastra Web UI
Using the Aastra Web UI, you can specify a language pack to load using the parameters at Basic
Settings->Preferences->Language Settings.
