c=Defines which channel (1 to 2)
xxx.xxxxxx=Defines the transmit data rate in Mbps.
Resolution=1 bps.
*Note: Interface types G.703 and GbEI cannot vary in
datarate.
Example: IRR=11002.047999 (which is 2.047999 Mbps) on slot
1 channel 1.

- IF: 52-88 MHz and 104-176 MHz.
- L-Band: 950-1950 MHz.
Resolution=100 Hz
