ZyWALL 5 Internet Security Appliance
Click LOGOUT at
any time to exit the
web configurator.
Click MAINTENANCE to view information about your ZyWALL or upgrade
configuration/firmware files. Maintenance includes General, Password, Time and Date,
Device Mode, F/W (firmware) Upload, Configuration (Backup, Restore, Default), and
Restart.

Internet Access
Click Internet Access to use the initial configuration wizard.
VPN Wizard
Click VPN Wizard to create VPN policies.
Device Information
This is the System Name you enter in the MAINTENANCE General screen. It is for
System Name
identification purposes.
Firmware Version
This is the ZyNOS Firmware version and the date created. ZyNOS is ZyXEL's
proprietary Network Operating System design.
This shows the routing protocol - IP for which the ZyWALL is configured. This field is not
Routing Protocol
configurable.
Device Mode
This displays whether the ZyWALL is functioning as a router or a bridge.
