Low Solvent
Replace or refill the cleaning solvent bottle.
No Paper
No media is present on the media supply roll. Install a new media roll.
No Power
The Arizona 500 printer consumes up to 45 Amps at 200-240 VAC, 50/60 Hz. Total power
consumption is 11 KW. The service should be a dedicated supply that is not susceptible to
voltage fluctuations. This service must be provided via an independent, double pole, fused
circuit breaker and a circuit ground (computer grade) located near the machine. The service
should meet all local and national standards for this type of installation.
The circuit breaker should be clearly labeled, indicating the On and Off positions, such as
'1' for On and '0' for Off. A suitable air gap should be maintained for safe electrical isolation
when in the Off position. The Arizona 500 printer relies on this service for primary branch
protection. If the printer is without power, check the local supply voltage and verify that it
is set correctly.

If Problems Persist

If problems persist, perform the following actions as appropriate for the situation:
Check for media tears.
If the media does not load or has other problems related to installation, try
another roll of media.
If you just changed ink in the printer, review the procedures in the user's
manual and check for successful installation.
Try printing the test print.
If the printer is not receiving print jobs, check the SCSI cable connection to/
from the PC.
If you still have problem indications, contact your Océ Display Graphics Systems service
representative.
