Providing that the full range of tests and formatting is completed successfully, the PASS
statement is added to the screen:
Card slot test.
Card size: XXXX k Bytes
Performing RESULTS CARD format.
Selected card interface PASSED.

If the test fails at any point, then the test will stop, leaving the heading for the failed test
on the screen, followed by a failure statement. For example, if the failure occurred
during the 'walking ones' check, then the following screen would be presented:
Card slot test.

Performing WALKING ONES test.
Selected card interface FAILED.

To diagnose the reason for a failure, there are several further checks which can be made
to localize the fault. Firstly, an attempt should be made to re-check the same card in the
other slot, then if this is successful, check a new card in the original slot. This should
narrow the fault down to one slot or one card. If it is suspected that the 9100 is at fault,
it is wise to report the result to your Fluke Service Center.
