Use this procedure to specify whereto direct outside calls (received on DID
trunks) for unassigned extension numbers. Calls can be directed to a backup
position (normally the primary system operator) or given a fast busy signal.
See "QCC Operator to Receive Call Types" in Chapter 13 for information on
assigning a backup position.
