3. Select the I want to be able to give others access to my files checkbox,
and then click OK.

In the Network dialog box, click the Access Control tab.
The Access Control page appears
5. Select the User-level access control option.
6. Type the name of the Microsoft network domain or computer where the
master list of users is stored (normally your Windows NT primary
domain controller).
7. Click OK to close the window, and reboot the machine for user-level
access to take effect.
