3. You can update this list in one of the following ways:
• To remove a computer/user from the list, select one of the
destination computers/users, then click Remove.
• To add a computer/user to the list, click Add to open the Network
Message Properties dialog box

NOTE: If the specified name is both a valid username and
computer, the alert message will be sent to the username.
Also, to send local alerts to the local computer, you must add
the !MACHINENAME! macro in the Computer box. The
convention is to use the macro !MACHINENAME! or
!MANSERVERNAME! These macros are case-sensitive, so be
sure to type them as uppercase.
