8. Shut down and restart all machines that have a
their name in the Management Console.
A green check mark icon appears next to the machine when the
uninstall is successful. If the uninstall does not complete
successfully, a red cross icon appears next to the machine.
To locate the problem and view details about it, click on the machine
where the update failed for that anti-virus domain, and click on the
Installation Log tab in the bottom of the right pane.
Select the component marked with a

with enough information to diagnose and rectify the problem, consult
"Collecting diagnostic information" on page
9. Delete all of the anti-virus domains displayed in the anti-virus domain
view: Right-click each anti-virus domain name, and choose Delete
Domain.
10. Close the Management Console.
If you are running Windows NT 3.51, launch the unInstall program from
the Network Associates program group to remove the Management
Console, v2.0 and earlier. You must run the uninstaller from the machine
you originally used to install the Management Edition program, because
this is the machine that holds the copy of the uninstaller. If you are
running Windows NT 4.0, start Control Panel, double-click Add/Remove
Programs, and select Management Console.
11. On the Management Server, delete the NTME folder from your
Management Server. If the Management Server is a Windows NT 4.0 or
3.51 machine, use Explorer or File Manager to go to the
%SystemRoot%System32 directory and delete the folder.
On your member machine(s), delete the folder containing your anti-virus
components. The default location of the folder depends on the machine's
operating system, as shown in the following table:
